We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was terrific and we were impressed with how eco-conscious the hotel is. The hotel facilities were superb, and my husband really enjoyed the spa. The staff went above and beyond; they organised taxis for us, and even helped us plan our visit to a lesser-known attraction in the area. The lobby is really nice and the Wifi worked flawlessly.

newish hotel so clean and pristine.the onsen on the top floor is superb(open-air).staff kind,free japanese breakfast and free bicycles(you may need them here).

if u want a quietish place its ok,nearest town(shimada) has nothing,but the horai bridge is worth a trip(the longest wooden pedestrian bridge in the world)..

We had a lovely stay in this eco-friendly hotel. Although it is located in an ugly area, the hotel staff were extremely helpful in getting us taxis to the station. The room was small but comfortable, and the shower temperature was sometimes unstable, but we appreciated the microwave provided by the hotel. The staff were especially friendly and assisted us with organising taxis and getting information on nearby attractions. the breakfast was delicious and the WiFi worked well.

The spa had inconvenient time slots for women, however, my husband loved it and wished he had more time to visit.

With a great variety of tasty options and generous portions, it was enough to get our day started. , the staff members were very cheerful and helpful, giving us tips and guidance about the best places to explore nearby. Another aspect that we really appreciated was the hotel's commitment to the environment, which was demonstrated by the use of eco-friendly practices and materials.

One of the main issues we had during our stay was the lack of elevators, which made us wait for quite some time in some cases. the room was considerably small, making it a bit cramped for us to move around comfortably.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet and the fast Wi-Fi service provided by the hotel. the staff was polite and helpful, and the hotel had a great view of the city.

This caused long wait times which was a little frustrating. the size of the room was too small, and the shower temperature kept fluctuating, which made showering quite difficult.
